Selectmen to consider ratification of recommendation to send a letter to the Ninety-Nine Restaurant stating that it had been named as having last served an individual subsequently arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Selectmen to consider approval of a live entertainment license for an outdoor congregation at the Morgan Bowl on May 6, 2006 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM following a fund-raising walk by the Jennifer Hunter Yates Sarcoma Foundation.
Selectmen to consider approval of a Common Victuallers License to Rosangela Marra to operate Juliana’s Italian Kitchen at 118 Forest Avenue from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Selectmen to consider approval of a live entertainment license to Hudson Youth Baseball for an outdoor movie at Moulton’s Field on May 6, 2006 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Selectmen to consider approval of mid-year license renewals for applicants who have met all requirements.

Selectmen to consider approval of appointment of Maged Kamel as Assistant Director of Public Works at Management Grade 8.
Selectmen to consider approval of appointment of Leonard Leonardi, Jr. as Grade W-6 WWTP Operator.
Selectmen to consider approval of appointment of Andries Drake as W-2 Laborer.
7. Contracts:
Selectmen to consider award and authorization to sign contract in the amount of $7,950 (LQ) with Cabral Irrigation for the installation of an irrigation system for Moulton’s Field.
Selectmen to consider award and authorization to sign contract in the amount of $355,000 (LB) with Grove Construction for the construction of the Cherry Street Infiltration & Recharge Project.
